When that failed to find an answer, I was offered a personal support agent. The first support agent tried all the standard stuff that I had tried. We tried repair from a fresh download installation programme, then removal via control panel, then removal via Microsoft clean removal tool, then install, then failure and repeat At one point, the agent said that he needed to reboot, so save a link to allow me to reconnect after rebooting.
